My Room
by Jabberwocky

In my dark and quiet room
I close my eyes and watch the moon
The silence here is unbroken
Words to be said remain unspoken
And all may exit
Though none shall enter

I hear a melody coming from afar
A stringless violin orchestra
The one-handed chap
The voiceless cheer
That is all there is to hear

Was it a sound that I just heard?
A loud whispering thundering word
Is my silence finally broken?
Shattered at last by words being spoken
No youre wrong, you are mistaken
For in this dark and quiet room
Those who speak invite their doom.

Something That Is Gone
by D'Maya

At night the moon resembles you
The one who shines me light for guidance
In my journey to find love in darkness
I want to thank you for your presence
I never speak words of love to you
Im scared that you wont feel the same
Chances are always in front of me
But Ill just admire you from afar again
I know Ive a deep feeling towards you
And I know I wont regret that I do
My heart is dying for a touch from you
I guess Im just fantasizing like a fool
Tears of mine are made of misery
So are those lovely words I said
I cant really live with what I gained
I search for love but all I get is hate
Now I felt the meanings in my words
I cant hold something that is gone
Life is full of mysteries and questions
Finding the answers is to have your heart torn.

The Little Things In Life
by Regina Riggs

Too often we dont realize
What we have until its gone
Too often we wait too late to say
Im sorry, I was wrong
Sometimes it seems we hurt the ones
We hold dearest to our hearts
And we allow stupid things
To tear our lives apart
Far too many times we let
Unimportant things get in our mind
And by then its usually too late
To see what made us blind
So be sure that you let people know
How much they mean to you
Take the time to say the words
Before your time is through
Be sure that you appreciate
Everything youve got
And be thankful for the little things
In life that mean a lot.

The Rose by D'Maya I give you a rose you cannot see I give you a kiss that can never be When I think of you, you feel so near So close I can hear you whispering in my ear But as I turn around I realize its just the wind Will this torture never end Everything I do it reminds me of you And all it does is turn my heart blue When will I get what I want When will I have you

Friendship
by Marc Mosko

Friendship dwells deep within
And is not tarnished by little things.
Friendship goes through hardships fought,
Allies inseparable, never brought apart.
Through days of boredom and nights long too,
Friends conspire to pass the woeful hour.
Permanence builds through time lightly spent,
Significant moments, those not planned.
Sharing time with those close to heart
Fulfills the soul beyond all due reward.

My Life by Mindmine The life I led is the life I lead The life I presently have The life so full tears of sadness The life so lacking laughs. The life I had is the life I have The life so full of fiends The life so full of betrayals The life so lacking friends. The life I owned is the life I own The life I do not please The life so full of war and fights The life so lacking peace. The life I got is the life I get The life I will soon not have The life that had begun with birth The life ... that ends ... with death ...
